Kite Server offline

The Kite server is currently unavailable due to a network upgrade at the data center.

The data center staff are performing a network upgrade across the data center.
The maintenance window for completing the work is 4am to 8am 2020-09-01.

The outage for this server was reported at 4:05am 2020-09-01. 
We are waiting further details from the onsite staff at the data center on when services will be restored. It is expected to be resolved by 8am.

Network update has been completed and service has been restored to the server.
All sites should now be back online.
